Rare & Specialized Merchants (Must-Visit)
These merchants offer unique items, permanent stat upgrades, or rare materials that you cannot get from standard vendors. They are the most critical stops for progression.
The Ghost Market (Secret Location)
Location: Kaifeng City - Forsaken Quarter.
How to Find the Entrance (Detailed Route):
- Step 1: Travel to the Forsaken Quarter in Kaifeng.
- Step 2: Look for the Coffin Shop. It is easily identifiable by the wooden coffins sitting outside the storefront.
- Step 3: Check your In-Game Time. This is the most important step. The entrance usually only triggers during "Mao" (Early Morning) or deep night. If the prompt doesn't appear, meditate to change the time.
- Step 4: Approach the upright coffin standing against the wall/doorframe. You will get a prompt to "Knock" or "Interact."
- Step 5: Once interacted with, you will be transported into the Ghost Market instance.
Key Merchant: The Geode Merchant.
- What to Buy: Geodes. Buy these and break them open for a chance at high-tier crafting ores (Cold Iron, Dushan Jade).
- Uniques: Rare cosmetics (like the Horse Mask) and Skill Breakthrough materials often appear here.
Qi Sheng - The Oddity Collector (Stat Upgrades)
Location: Qinghe Region. Go due East from the General's Shrine teleport point.
Why He Matters: He is an "Exchange Merchant." You pay him with Oddities (insects and flowers captured in the wild), not gold.- Rewards: Permanent Stat Boosts (+Max HP, +Endurance), unique movement skills (Shadowdash), and rare formulas.
Weiyang Merchant (Skill Pages)
Location: Qinghe Region - Blissful Retreat (Check the center of the settlement).
Stock: Sells Inner Way Pages/Tomes which are required to customize your build's passive bonuses. Purchases require Echo Jades.
Feng Cheng (Housing & Inventory)
Location: Kaifeng City - Near the Southern Gate.
Why He Matters: The only way to get massive inventory space early.
Pro-Tip: Rent the 10,000 Coin House. It grants +60 Inventory Slots for 30 days. Do not rent the cheaper houses as the slots are significantly fewer and do not stack.
II. General Goods Merchants (Weekly Materials)
You should visit these physical locations weekly to buy out their stock of raw materials needed for crafting.

III. System & Menu Shops
These shops are accessed via the ESC menu and do not require travel.
- Season Shop (Jade Fish): Buy Inner Way Notes and Oscillating Jade here weekly.
- Battle Pass Shop: Prioritize Martial Arts Breakthrough Chests.
- Guild Shop: Accessed via the Guild menu (separate from the physical Guild Base merchant).
IV. The "Peddling" Mechanic
If you are short on coins, use the Peddling system:
- Buy Commodities tagged with "Local Fluctuation" from a merchant in Kaifeng.
- Travel to a different region (or a friend's world).
- Sell the goods to Cong Bushao inside a Guild Base for the highest profit margin due to tax reductions.
